We are looking for individuals who are ready to make a significant impact through their diligence and commitment to teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain bakkie for transportation of goods and personnel as needed.Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure safety and security.Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and compliance with safety standards.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.Collaborate with team members to coordinate duties and promote a safe work environment.Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to management.Participate in training and development sessions to enhance personal and professional growth.Required and Preferred QualificationsEducation: Minimum of Grade 10.Skills: Strong communication, safety awareness, physical fitness, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, customer service, and technical skills.Experience: Relevant experience in similar roles will be advantageous.This role operates within a collaborative team structure, ensuring a supportive and communicative environment. You will report directly to the Site Manager and work closely with various departments to maintain operations smoothly.
