We empower students and professionals with the right skills and career guidance.Roles & Responsibilities • Conduct online and offline student and parent counseling sessions. • Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments. • Participate in field visits, walk-ins, campus interactions, seminars, and events. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate lead and conversion data using CRM tools. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding. • Handle objections and ensure a positive customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in EdTech sales / business development. • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Target-driven mindset with willingness to work in the field. • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel. • Willingness to work from Hyderabad office. • Immediate joiners preferred.
