This role is essential in supporting our clients and enhancing their travel experience, making a meaningful impact on their journey from start to finish>Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with inquiries about flight schedules, ticketing, and baggage services.Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.Coordinate with flight crews and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely follow-ups.Engage in proactive communication to anticipate customers’ needs and manage their expectations.Process transactions and manage cash flow with precision.Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and customer feedback.In this role, you will also be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing customer service protocols and overall travel experience. You will collaborate closely with your team, report directly to the Customer Service Manager, and interact with several departments, including operations and bookings.Required and preferred qualificationsAssociate Degree in Aviation or a related field.Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Proven adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Experience in customer service roles, ideally within the aviation sector.Familiarity with airline software and reservation systems is a plus.A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Our company fosters a collaborative environment where teamwork is key to our success.
