We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Specialist to join our team in Park Ridge, Illinois. In this part-time role, you will play a vital role in the success of our real estate operations by coordinating various administrative and operational tasks while supporting our agents and clients. The environment is collaborative and professional, where your contributions will directly impact overall productivity and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the daily operations of real estate transactions, ensuring adherence to all compliance and legal requirements.Organize and maintain documents, files, and records to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and address inquiries.Manage scheduling and logistics for property showings, open houses, and client meetings.Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials and online listings.Conduct research and compile data on local real estate trends to provide insights to the team.Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured.You will be involved in various projects, including marketing campaigns and operational improvements, while collaborating closely with agents and the management team to enhance service delivery.
