As a full-time member of our organization, you will thrive in a dynamic work environment and contribute significantly to the growth and profitability of our projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed pricing for tenders by performing comprehensive cost estimations and quantity surveying.Analyze market trends and gather relevant data to inform pricing strategies.Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost representation in bids.Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial exposures and prepare mitigation strategies.Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting for all pricing submissions and adjustments.Utilize advanced Excel proficiency to create financial models that reflect various project scenarios.Present pricing proposals to stakeholders and respond to inquiries regarding cost calculations and assumptions.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Proven experience in tender pricing, cost estimation, and quantity surveying.Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in market research and communication skills to articulate cost proposals effectively.Experience with project management methodologies and risk analysis techniques.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software.A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.The Tender Pricing Specialist is part of a collaborative team structure that emphasizes open communication and shared success.
