JOB DESCRIPTION: •  Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching •  Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues•  Set individual sales targets with sales team •  Work on sales scripts with agents •  Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting •  Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly •  Plan and direct sales team training  QUALIFICATIONS:•  Bachelor’s degree holder•  Preferably with at least 15 years of experience as a Sales Head or Vice President for Sales in the real estate industry•  Licensed Real Estate Broker (preferred)•  Proven leadership and expertise in sales management, business planning, marketing, training, and negotiation•  Has a ready sales team: Project Directors, Sales Directors/Sales Managers and Property Specialist
