We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our private duty nursing team in Humble, Texas. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being, while also collaborating with a skilled team of healthcare professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver compassionate patient-centered care by performing assessments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and health management strategies.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interactions in electronic health records.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to continuously improve patient care methodologies.Building strong, empathetic relationships with patients and their family members to enhance trust and care delivery.Required and Preferred QualificationsValid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification in the state of Texas.1-3 years of experience in a clinical or private duty nursing environment preferred.Strong skills in patient care, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of safety awareness and documentation standards.Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.Our team is structured with LVNs and Registered Nurses (RNs) who work collaboratively to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
