Your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of our company by fostering strong customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers.Handle incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve performance.Utilize time management skills to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to listen actively and adapt to customer needs.Team-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred.Here at our company, we believe in fostering a culture of growth and development.
