Required and preferred qualifications Proven experience in customer service and data entry roles, demonstrating a strong background in multitasking and time management. Relevant certifications in customer service or data management are preferred. Proficient in technical skills related to data entry software and customer management systems. Exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills, with a focus on empathy and effective communication. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or data entry capacity preferred.
