We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to improve processes and support business goals.Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsWork with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectivesPrepare BRD, FRD, use cases, and user storiesAct as a liaison between business users and technical teamsSupport UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirementsAnalyze data and create reports/dashboards for decision-makingIdentify process improvements and recommend solutionsRequired Skills:Strong experience in Business Analysis or related roleExcellent communication and documentation skillsExperience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologiesKnowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fieldExperience in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plusDomain experience (Banking, Healthcare, Retail, etc.) is an advantage
