We are seeking a SAP Ariba SCC Solutions Lead focused on Invoicing to join our team on a contract basis in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is pivotal in enhancing our invoicing processes through the integration of SAP Ariba solutions. Working within a dynamic company, you will help streamline operations in a collaborative work environment, making a significant impact on our project's success and compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba invoicing solutions to meet business needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify invoicing requirements and ensure compliance throughout the process.Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance the understanding of Ariba functionalities.Document processes, configurations, and workflows to support operational excellence and knowledge-sharing.Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of invoicing operations.Perform regular audits and compliance checks to ensure the integrity of invoicing processes aligns with internal policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate invoicing solutions with existing systems and tools.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with SAP Ariba, especially in invoicing and compliance modules.Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse project teams.Experience in process documentation, configuration management, and training development.Familiarity with compliance standards and integration techniques in invoicing.Preferred: Certifications relevant to SAP Ariba solutions and invoicing processes.Approximately 5 years of experience in similar roles.The successful candidate will work within a team-focused structure, reporting directly to the project manager.
