As a Job Matching Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting job seekers with opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations, thereby making a significant impact on the local workforce and economy.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth interviews with job seekers to understand their skills, experiences, and career goals.Utilize various job matching tools and platforms to analyze and recommend suitable job opportunities.Facilitate communication between job seekers and employers, ensuring clarity on role expectations and requirements.Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and company culture.Monitor job market trends to provide strategic insights and enhance the matching process.Assist candidates throughout their job search, offering support in resume building and interview preparation.Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of job placements and overall satisfaction.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.Experience in project management and strong analytical thinking skills.1-3 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related area.Familiarity with job matching software and platforms is highly preferred.Customer focus and creativity in finding solutions to meet candidate and employer needs.We are proud of our dynamic company culture that encourages growth and collaboration.
