We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Telecalling division in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. As a vital part of our organization, you will lead a dynamic team focused on driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in cultivating a supportive work environment that empowers team members to excel, making a significant impact on our growth and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate a team of telecalling agents to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.Develop and execute team strategies that align with company goals, focusing on optimizing performance and enhancing customer experiences.Oversee daily operations of the telecalling team, ensuring effective communication and coordination in executing tasks.Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members, addressing areas for improvement and promoting best practices.Analyze data and metrics to assess team performance, identifying trends and areas for development.Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly, maintaining high service standards and promoting positive relationships.Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven leadership experience in a telecalling or customer service environment, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.Strong skills in communication, team management, problem-solving, and negotiation.Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to monitor team performance.Industry-standard certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.We believe in fostering a vibrant company culture where every team member is valued and encouraged to grow.
