We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager for our KYC (Know Your Customer) Department in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring compliance with KYC regulations. This is a full-time position within a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your contributions will directly impact our customer satisfaction and compliance success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Conduct thorough KYC due diligence to verify customer identities and assess risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while providing exceptional customer service.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and KYC documentation using our customer relationship management systems.Collaborate with internal teams to address potential compliance issues and implement effective solutions.Prepare reports on customer interactions and KYC findings for management review.Continuously stay updated on changes in KYC regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigher Secondary Certificate (HSC) required; further education in related fields is a plus.Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.Strong understanding of KYC compliance and relevant regulations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.Familiarity with customer relationship management software is desirable.1-3 years of experience in a customer service or relationship management role preferred.In our organization, you will find numerous opportunities for growth and advancement within the KYC team.
