The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our operations by ensuring accurate order picking and efficient packing to enhance our supply chain processes and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick orders from warehouse shelves based on invoices and customer specifications.Carefully pack picked items to prevent damage during transit while adhering to company packaging standards.Conduct quality checks for all products to ensure they meet our quality assurance guidelines before shipping.Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock counts.Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Report any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner to supervisors.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven attention to detail and strong time management skills.Prior experience in a warehousing or logistics environment is preferred.Ability to work in a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.Familiarity with inventory management software and tools is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.As a Picker and Packer, you will work closely with a diverse team that values precision and efficiency.
