We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS)Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and pain pointsTranslate business needs into functional and technical requirementsCollaborate with development, QA, and product teamsCreate process flows, use cases, user stories, and wireframesSupport UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectationsConduct gap analysis and recommend process improvementsPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for managementRequired SkillsStrong experience as a Business AnalystExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologiesExperience with requirement-gathering techniquesProficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, VisioStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fieldExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsDomain experience (Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, etc.)BA certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
