In this role, you will have a significant impact by ensuring we attract and onboard the best talent to support our delivery operations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct recruitment drives in various locations to identify and engage potential delivery boys.Screen resumes and applications, ensuring alignment with our recruitment criteria.Participate in interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for delivery roles.Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, analyzing data to improve processes.Foster relationships with local communities and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.In addition to daily responsibilities, you will be involved in ongoing projects aimed at improving recruitment methodologies and enhancing candidate experiences, working closely with both HR and operational teams.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the logistics or delivery sectors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.1-3 years of experience in a recruiting role.Our team is structured to support collaboration and communication across different functions.
