This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment where your contributions will have a significant impact on our growth and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage sales activities across assigned territories, actively seeking new clients and building professional relationships.Utilize website management tools to optimize product presentations and enhance customer engagement online.Track orders efficiently from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication with clients.Independently conduct market research to identify potential leads and trends in the electrical and electronics sectors.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.Engage in effective communication with clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable business outcomes while maintaining excellent customer relations.Required and Preferred QualificationsDiploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required.Proven experience in sales, ideally within the electrical or electronics industry.Strong skills in relationship building, customer service, and effective communication.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience with website management and order tracking systems is a plus.Negotiation skills and a customer-oriented approach.Our team operates collaboratively, blending individual contributions with supportive teamwork.
