We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant to help manage project inquiries, coordinate walkthrough schedules, and maintain organized project records on our internal dashboard. This role is fully remote and designed to be beginner-friendly, with no prior experience required as full training and guidance will be provided to help you get started confidently. You’ll assist in communicating with customers, updating data, and ensuring smooth
