Key Responsibilities Safely operate and drive Code 10 and Code 14 trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Plan routes and navigate using GPS or maps to ensure timely deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload goods, securing them properly to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate logs of working hours, mileage, and deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery schedules and potential delays. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance driving skills and safety protocols. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Code 10 or Code 14 driver's license. Grade 12 education or equivalent. Proven experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong skills in driving, navigation, and teamwork. Familiarity with transport regulations and safety standards in the logistics industry. You will be part of a dedicated team where collaboration is key.
