We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Mohali, Punjab, India. As a full-time Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers and providing them with information about our products and services. Your effective communication skills will not only help in lead generation but also ensure a positive customer experience, contributing substantially to the growth and success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective customers, clearly presenting our offers to generate interest.Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to products and services.Document customer interactions and maintain a database of calls made and outcomes achieved.Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales team to align on target goals and share customer insights.Meet daily and monthly call quotas while striving for high-quality engagement.Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better serve customers.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with customers.Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.1-2 years of relevant experience in telecalling or sales is desirable.In this role, you will be part of a cohesive team that values collaboration and growth.
