This full-time position offers an engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration while making a tangible impact on our community through nutrition and wellness education.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to promote and explain Herbalife products and their benefits, ensuring a friendly and approachable communication style.Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute events that highlight Herbalife's offerings in the local market.Maintain knowledge of all product lines and sales techniques to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.Assist in inventory management and product displays to enhance customer experience in-store.Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements and modifications to products or marketing strategies.Participate in team meetings to share insights, updates, and challenges faced while connecting with customers.Track personal sales progress and set and achieve monthly targets that align with team goals.Required and Preferred QualificationsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven ability to work well in a team environment and interact effectively with diverse groups.No formal education required; a passion for health, nutrition, and sales is a plus.Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with Herbalife products or nutrition industry is advantageous.Our company values a growth-oriented culture, where personal and professional development are encouraged.We pride ourselves on a friendly and supportive environment, where team members are motivated to achieve individual and collective goals.
