As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to our growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the sales team in managing sales processes, including order processing and documentation.Coordinate between different departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales-related tasks.Maintain and update sales databases and reports to provide accurate information for decision-making.Support customer service initiatives by addressing and resolving client inquiries and issues.Prepare sales presentations and materials to assist the sales team in client meetings.Track sales metrics and generate regular reports to monitor progress against targets.Participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate with team members on strategies and initiatives.Manage multiple clients’ E- procurement site.Good Knowledge on GEM portal and other tender portals.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration.Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role is preferred.Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.Our company thrives on a culture of growth and innovation, encouraging employees to take initiative and explore new ideas.
