In this part-time position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical issues that significantly impact day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various systems.Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Set up and configure computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Assist with network administration tasks, ensuring connectivity and performance optimization.Maintain documentation of technical processes, issues, and resolution steps for future reference.Participate in projects related to system upgrades and migrations as required.Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement technology enhancements.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma required; relevant experience is essential.Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Strong understanding of networking concepts and technical support processes.Familiarity with common operating systems and productivity software.2+ years of experience in an IT support role is preferred.
