We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, supporting various administrative tasks that contribute to our overall organizational success. With a friendly and collaborative work environment, your contributions will impact our team's efficiency and effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesManage office supplies and inventory to ensure the availability of essential materials.Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records.Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.Maintain organization of files and documents, both physical and digital.Handle incoming communication, including phone calls and emails, and direct them appropriately.Support the team in implementing office policies and procedures.Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications as needed.Required and preferred qualificationsCertificate in Office Administration or equivalent.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in data entry and administrative tasks preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.Prior office administration experience (1-2 years preferred).Our ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and is enthusiastic about contributing to the culture of our workplace.
