This full-time position plays a critical role in enhancing the proficiency of our employees with the Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. In an innovative company dedicated to fostering growth and development, you will impact our workforce by equipping them with the necessary skills to utilize these powerful tools effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging training sessions on Microsoft Power Platform tools, ensuring that participants grasp key concepts and applications.Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning resources tailored for various learning styles.Assess learners’ progress through evaluations and feedback, adjusting training methods to meet diverse participant needs and improve learning outcomes.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that align with corporate objectives.Facilitate workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, providing support and guidance to employees utilizing Power Platform tools.Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in Microsoft Power Platform, incorporating new features into training content as applicable.Measure the success of training programs through metrics and feedback, aiming for continuous improvement in training effectiveness.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in IT or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform highly preferred.Experience using training software and tools to develop training programs.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.Strong presentation skills and ability to engage a diverse audience.As a Corporate Trainer, you will be part of a team that emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and shared learning experiences.
