We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Money Sorter to join our project-based team in General Santos City, South Cotabato, Philippines. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of cash and currency management within our operations. You will contribute to the operational efficiency of our projects while working in a friendly and supportive workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesSort, count, and bundle banknotes and coins accurately while adhering to daily quotas and deadlines.Ensure proper handling of cash and maintain a high level of accuracy to prevent discrepancies.Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of sorting tasks.Conduct routine quality checks on sorted currency and report any irregularities to the supervisor.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sorting area and equipment.Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sorting techniques and operational knowledge.Assist in the reconciliation process by providing accurate counts and documentation of sorted currency.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills essential for accurate sorting.Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.Prior experience in cash handling or similar roles is preferred but not required.Our team is composed of compassionate individuals who prioritize collaboration and positive communication.
