As an integral part of our HR team, the HR Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce by attracting top talent in the industry. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success by streamlining our recruitment processes and ensuring that we hire individuals who align with our company values and goals.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted job descriptions.Utilizing various recruitment platforms and social media to attract candidates and promote the company’s employer brand.Organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs to increase visibility in the job market.Maintaining comprehensive recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Assisting new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.Providing information to candidates about job roles, company culture, and benefits to enhance candidate experience.Required and Preferred QualificationsAny equivalent qualification related to Human Resources or Recruitment.Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Preferred certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).The HR team is structured to foster collaboration and support, with direct reporting to the HR Manager who oversees the recruitment process. You will work closely with other HR specialists and department heads, enhancing your exposure to different aspects of recruitment and employee engagement.We encourage cross-functional collaboration, as you will liaise with various departments to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
