If you are passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.The Warehouse Supervisor holds a critical role in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of inventory, and supporting departmental initiatives through efficient workflow managements and process improvements.Job Description:Ensure all stocks are under control is managed in a efficient manner (no stock out and over stocks)Report and investigates stocks out / overstock.Ensure that all customers'/outlets' requested stocks are delivered.Manage receipt of goods and ensure quality checks of loads into the warehouse are carried out.Manages goods /stocks into storage area and in appropriate locations.Supervise Quality control of products received.Manage the competent assembling of different types of orders for dispatch with complete product familiarization.Conducts random checking of high value goods and high value equipment; and conducts spot inventory.Manage and aware of sequencing procedures for the dispatching of loads.Qualifications:Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (3-5 years) in warehouse operation, inventory management, or logistics.Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.Ability to lead and supervise a team, including training, scheduling, and performance, monitoring.Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
