This is a succession role with long-term ownership of the sales function and strong involvement in company strategy alongside senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop a large sales team to drive revenue growth and profitabilityOwn sales forecasting, pipeline predictability, and KPI performanceDrive sales process compliance, training, and performance managementPartner with operations, finance, and marketing on demand planning and go-to-market strategiesProvide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadershipMust-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred10–15+ years of extensive sales leadership experience managing 30+ sales and support staffProven track record of profitable sales revenue growthStrong expertise in sales forecasting and revenue predictability5–10+ years of recent experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of NetSuite and Global Shop preferredMandatory: 7–10 years of recent sales experience in the construction equipment or skid loader industry
