Provide ongoing support and guidance to the new recruits to ensure their success and address any concerns. Conduct induction and initial training as per Bajaj Allianz standards. Maintain accurate records of activities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during recruitment and business operations. Participate in regular review meetings and performance assessments.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.0 to1 years of experience in any sector .Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS and job boards.We believe in providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and personal development.
