We are seeking a motivated and friendly Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our customer engagement strategy, helping to connect potential clients with our services. As an essential member of our organization, you will contribute to our growth in a collaborative and supportive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outreach to potential clients through various communication channels to schedule appointments.Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and build rapport.Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM software.Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and services offered.Follow up on scheduled appointments and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and develop strategies for process improvement.Assist in the training of new appointment setters, sharing best practices and insights.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service preferred.Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred (English and Spanish).Proven communication and customer service skills.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.Proficient in CRM software and general computer skills.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Our team is built on a culture of growth and collaboration.
