We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team in New York City. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers via phone, email, and other communication platforms to identify their needs and set up appointments for follow-ups with the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system, tracking appointment schedules and follow-up communications. Employ strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into appointments, ensuring potential clients understand the value of our services. Answer questions and provide detailed information about our products and services to generate interest and anticipate customer needs. Collaborate with the sales team to understand specific appointment-setting goals and strategies and report on progress towards these targets. Continuously seek feedback on messaging and communication strategies to improve effectiveness and achieve higher appointment conversion rates. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, share insights, and contribute to developing the best practices for appointment setting. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service. No formal education required; however, a background in sales or marketing is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software and tools for lead tracking and management is preferred. Previous experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales role is an advantage.
