PURPOSE:The Americas Performance Hub seeks to engage a project management professional to provide structured PMO support, cross-functional coordination, and outcome-driven execution across a portfolio of high-priority initiatives that directly impact hotel performance, GM capability, owner relations, and corporate operating efficiency.This resource will work in close partnership with the Growth & Americas PMO team, cross-functional leaders, field operations, and hotel teams to ensure disciplined planning, transparent progress tracking, aligned communications, and timely delivery of key initiativesPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Management & Governance• Implement governance routines including steering committees, workstream check-ins, and reporting cycles.• Track issues, risks, and dependencies across all initiatives.Cross-Functional Coordination• Serve as program coordinator across Operations, HR, Finance, Commercial Services, Design, and other corporate teams.• Support decision-making by synthesizing insights and preparing materials for leadership.Tools, Systems & Reporting• Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and documentation (Smartsheet preferred).• Develop templates, process flows, and standardized reporting.Change Management & Communication• Support creation of communication plans, leadership updates, and stakeholder messaging.• Help build training materials and facilitate rollout meetings.Data & Outcomes Tracking• Produce regular status updates and performance insights.• Support KPI definition and ensure progress is transparently reported.Knowledge Transfer & Project Handoff• Design and execute a structured handoff process for all projects and programs to ensure continuity after engagement ends.• Develop sustainable operating guides, documentation, and playbooks that enable internal teams to maintain, evolve, and scale the work independently.• Conduct training and working sessions to transition ownership to Hyatt team members.• Ensure all tools, dashboards, trackers, and templates are fully transferred, standardized, and accessible to internal teams.EXPE• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives• Strong proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet required)• Ability to synthesize complex issues, create structure, and drive clarity• Experience supporting enterprise change management and communication• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive-facing communication skillsEDUCATION:Bachelors Required; Masters Preferred
