We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CCA Soldering Inspector to join our team in Tampa, Florida. Your contributions will be crucial in supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct visual inspections of solder joints and components to identify defects or inconsistencies.Document inspection findings accurately and report any quality issues to the production team.Perform functionality tests on products to ensure compliance with specifications.Collaborate with engineers and production staff to rectify defects and enhance product quality.Follow industry standards and best practices for soldering inspections and quality control.Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols.Participate in team meetings to discuss inspection results and suggest improvements.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.Experience in electronics manufacturing or quality assurance preferred.Familiarity with IPC standards or certification in soldering inspection is a plus.Proficient with basic hand tools and inspection equipment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role is an advantage.Our workplace fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, providing you with opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.
