We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Analyst to join our Inbound Patient Services team in Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines. Being part of a well-established company focused on healthcare, your expertise will help pave the way for improved service delivery and enhanced patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular audits of patient service interactions to assess quality standards and identify areas for improvement.Create detailed reports and documentation of findings, ensuring an accurate reflection of service quality and compliance.Collaborate with the patient services team to develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit results.Facilitate training sessions for team members aimed at enhancing communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and patient service delivery.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and recommend strategies to meet or exceed these metrics.Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and promote best practices within the team.Assist in the development and refinement of quality standards and policies in alignment with industry regulations.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field.Proficient in documentation, effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Experience in quality analysis or relevant roles in the healthcare sector is preferred, but not mandatory.Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.Our team comprises skilled professionals who prioritize collaboration and open communication.
