We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. This full-time position provides an engaging work environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information.Document interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure consistency and accuracy.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve processes.Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to higher management as needed for further action.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any relevant field.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Customer focus with the ability to empathize and provide solutions.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles preferred.Familiarity with customer service metrics and performance indicators is a plus.Our team is structured to promote collaboration and support among members.
