Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of telecallers on best practices for customer engagement and sales techniques. Develop and implement effective calling strategies to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor team performance through analytics and feedback, ensuring targets are met consistently. Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills, product knowledge, and communication effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales department to align telecalling strategies with overall business goals. Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance and results to senior management. Address any customer complaints or issues raised by team members in a timely and effective manner. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven experience in a telecalling or sales environment, ideally in a leadership role. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive performance improvement. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field.
