In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to maintain and grow relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while achieving organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with assigned key accounts to foster loyalty and client satisfaction.Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable terms while prioritizing client satisfaction.Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective customers to showcase our products and services.Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of services.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.Track sales metrics and report regularly on performance against targets to adjust strategies as needed.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field.Proven experience in sales and relationship management, ideally within a similar industry.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Customer-centric approach with excellent time management abilities.Experience with CRM software and relevant sales tools is preferred.Our company fosters a supportive growth environment, encouraging continuous personal and professional development.
