We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Admin for our Warehouse/Bakery location in Ajman City, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our operations team, you will contribute to maintaining efficiency and productivity within our facility. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the overall success of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.Manage incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring professional communication at all times.Coordinate logistics for warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and order processing.Maintain organized filing systems and support team members with administrative needs.Monitor schedules and assist with time management to ensure all deadlines are met.Support the implementation of operational procedures that enhance efficiency and productivity.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the bakery and warehouse department.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Professional demeanor and work ethic.Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.Familiarity with warehouse or bakery operations is an asset.In this role, you will be part of a supportive team environment, where collaboration and teamwork are highly valued.
