This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both our team and our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our real estate services and available properties.Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and follow-up actions in our database.Answer client inquiries with clarity and provide them with detailed information about properties based on their needs.Schedule appointments for property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales funnel.Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and share insights obtained during calls.Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for lead generation and improve customer outreach.Track and report on metrics such as call volume, appointment rate, and conversion rates to analyze performance.Required and preferred qualificationsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Sales-oriented mindset with a knack for persuasion.No formal education required, but prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Preferred experience of 1-2 years in a customer service or sales role.Our team is composed of passionate real estate professionals who foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
