We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. This role is essential for driving sales and establishing long-term client relationships, in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our various products and services.Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets by effectively managing your time and prioritizing your workload.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions to aid in follow-ups and analytics.Collaborate with team members to identify potential leads and share best practices for closing sales.Utilize problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge.Required and Preferred QualificationsMinimum education requirement: 10+2.Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with customers.Proven sales experience, preferably in a telesales environment.Demonstrated abilities in customer handling, problem-solving, and time management.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.As a Telesales Executive, you will work in a supportive team environment, where management maintains open communication and values contributions.
