Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack orders based on specifications and customer requirements. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and maintain high standards. Manage stock levels and report any inventory discrepancies promptly. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse environment. Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline processes and meet deadlines. Label and prepare packages for shipment while ensuring they are secure and presentable. Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in restocking as needed. Required and preferred qualifications Minimum education requirement: 10th Grade. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy packages as per job requirements. Effective communication abilities and a team-oriented attitude.
