We are seeking a dedicated Installation Technician to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The work environment is hands-on and dynamic, providing the opportunity to make an immediate impact by enhancing customer satisfaction through technical expertise and quality service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct installations of various systems and equipment in accordance with company specifications and customer requirements.Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.Provide excellent customer service by guiding clients during installation and addressing any inquiries or concerns.Document all installation procedures, maintenance actions, and customer feedback for future reference and quality assurance.Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to improve installation processes and solutions.Stay updated with the latest technologies and installation techniques relevant to our industry.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times while working on site.Required and preferred qualificationsTechnical Certificate in a related field.Proven experience in installation and maintenance, ideally within a similar industry.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.Technical skills that demonstrate problem-solving abilities and operational knowledge.Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technician role preferred.Our team structure is composed of skilled technicians and support staff working collaboratively to achieve installation excellence.
