1. Financial Management Manage day-to-day financial operations of the organization. Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, vouchers, and invoices. Ensure proper accounting entries in the financial system (ERP/Tally/Excel). 2. Budgeting & Forecasting Prepare annual budgets in coordination with management. Track budget utilization and highlight variances. Assist in financial planning and forecasting. 3. Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and payments. Follow up on outstanding payments from clients/customers. Ensure timely collection of dues. 4. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Maintain balance sheet, P&L (profit & loss), cash flow statements. Present financial data to management for decision-making. 5. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax). Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits. Coordinate with auditors and respond to audit queries. 6. Cash & Bank Management Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances. Prepare bank reconciliation statements. Handle petty cash and ensure proper controls. 7. Policy & Process Management Implement and monitor financial policies and procedures. Improve internal controls to prevent errors and fraud. Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial operations.
