Your efforts will have a significant impact on our customer experience and overall company reputation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective resolution.Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our data management system.Assist customers with product/service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems.Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.Engage in team leadership activities by guiding new team members and sharing best practices for customer service excellence.Monitor customer feedback and report trends or incidents that may require escalation to management.Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service operations.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.Strong communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience in data management and problem-solving.Previous team leadership experience is a plus.Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is preferred.1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is desirable.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a collaborative team that values input and innovation.
