Enjoy an inviting work environment with a focus on collaboration and growth, where your contributions have a direct impact on the company's success.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track progress effectively.Conduct market research to stay informed of trends in the tech industry and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.Partner with HR to enhance the onboarding process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire for continuous improvement efforts.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally 2-4 years in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates and hiring teams.Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Relevant certifications in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred but not mandatory.Experience in sourcing strategies aligned with technology roles and industries.As a Technical Recruiter, you will be part of a vibrant team structured to foster teamwork and collaboration.
