As a Video Call Host, you will be the face of our interactive sessions, making a significant impact by ensuring an enjoyable experience for all participants.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate engaging video calls with participants, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.Prepare and organize session materials in advance to enhance participant experience.Interact with audiences, fostering a sense of community and engagement.Manage technical aspects during video calls, including troubleshooting any minor issues.Collaborate with the content creation team to develop exciting themes for sessions.Collect and analyze feedback from participants to improve future sessions.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor during all video interactions.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.Experience in public speaking or hosting virtual events is a plus.Comfortable using video conferencing software and other digital tools.Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.A piece of industry-standard training or certification in communication would be beneficial.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.This role reports to the Senior Content Manager while collaborating closely with the marketing and editorial teams.
