Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and efficient service to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, while ensuring their needs are met effectively. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with team members to identify patterns in customer feedback and enhance service delivery processes. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices. Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations. Work towards individual and team goals, contributing to the overall performance metrics of the department. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer-centric service. Proficient in using customer service software and tools, experience with CRM platforms preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role. Ability to empathize with customers and resolve conflicts while maintaining a positive demeanor.
