We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, where your contributions will directly impact our sales strategy and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to various audiences.Assist the sales team in creating technical documents and proposals that effectively convey our product offerings.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competition trends.Collaborate with the product development team to communicate client feedback and enhance product features.Support the sales team in follow-up strategies and closing deals by addressing technical questions and concerns.Track and measure sales performance and provide reports to management to inform future strategies.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in pre-sales, sales support, or technical sales roles is preferred.Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Understanding of the technology industry and market trends is an advantage.The ideal candidate will work within a supportive and skilled team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
